Waxing Before Vacation

SEMINAR" THE NEW THEORY OF JUDICIAL BODY FROM THE NEW CONSTITUTION OF STATE POLICY "

Restructuring of State from the constitutional process that resulted in the Constitution of the State, raises many questions for students of our beloved university, is in this sense that on Monday, October 5 this year took below the seminar "The New Theory of the judiciary from the NCPE, with the gentle exposure of Dr. Franklin Gutierrez Larrea, constitutional specialist responded to the concerns raised by law students from different semesters.

The issue raised was focused on establishing the most detailed knowledge bases of the new paradigms introduced by the NCPE introducing us to the constitutional process in Latin America and its impact on our new supreme law.

In this sense, the issues discussed were:

Latin American and Bolivian constitutional process.
State Theory and the court.
Constitutional and Jurisdictional Principles.

The event was a great success, involving 81 students, enriching their knowledge making timely interest dispel doubts ..
