OBJECTIVE: To make our seniors know that they are protected by law against any adversity or problems they may have, but above all that "Rights are not lost with age. "
NUMBER OF COMPONENTS OF HOME: 25 males and 25 females, all 50 old ladies.
DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITY:
The home visit was conducted as an initiative of the School of Law through the Career Management chaired by Dr. Tristan Veronica Barrientos, together with the Legal Clinic at the head of Dr. Carlos Fernandez Reyes and participation of management practitioners 2 / 2009 and the collaboration of students from different semesters of law school, given that 26 August, recalls the "Day of Dignity for the Elderly" in this sense that the Private University of Valle could not remain indifferent to the reason for performing a training session on "The Rights of the Elderly" was held at a time a little treat for whom this show with an eye on them and trust.
The activities conducted were:
1) Role Plays to explain their main rights.
2) entertain the old ladies and old ladies of the household, consisting of cakes, jellies, cookies, to have a good time with them.
3) Conduct a bingo, with flash cards, pictures, where figures are represented graphically inspired their rights.
CONCLUSION: A rich extracurricular activity from every point of view, since a work of getting to the elderly about what rights are and how they should enforce them is certainly a step to be good professionals.
